Frozen meat Cutter is the first procedure in meat ware
manufacturing. It is the new type with the features as follows: After being cut the frozen meat becomes lumps, it could be directly put into meat chopper, needless to remachine, which not only saves working procedures but also boosts productivity. In addition, disfressness and nourishment losing owing to thaw could be avoided. By adopting fluid drive the incision and feedstock go along by the
oil cylinder, which is drived by the dual gear pump,
low in noise, running smoothly and low in labor intensity. All the parts contacting frozen meat are made of
stainless steel, which could be cleaned diredtly and conform to
sanitary requirement. There are transverse and slit reamers on the knife rest, firstly
the transverse reamers cut the frozen meat into strips.
Secondly, the strips are cut into lumps by the slit reamers. The reciprocation of knife rest is realized by hydraulic oilcan and beam pillar. The bilateral pillars of the knife rest are supported by four sliding bearings. There are three dog segments under the slit reamers. |
